MARKET UMBRELLA WARRANTY
Dayva International Inc. limited warranty on Market Umbrella to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of 1 year from original date of purchase. This does not cover damages to the umbrella created by abuse, misuse, wind, accident or any purchaser modifications. Our Warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage to person or property. Ripped, broken or damaged umbrella parts must be reported to Dayva within 72 hours of original shipment date. Dayva International, subject to inspection, reserves the right to repair or replace the product. The Dayva warranty on umbrella fabric is a limited mill issued warranty covering fabric fading or disintegration only.The mill provides a 3 year warranty on furniture grade fabrics and 5 year on awning grade fabrics, which Dayva honors. Replacement parts are available for all wooden and stainless steel umbrellas. There is no warranty on metal umbrella’s with crank and push button tilt or auto-tilt in commercial use applications.
Dayva International Inc. extends a 1 year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser of this product. If this product fails to operate because of a manufacturing defect, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at Dayva International Inc.’s option. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidental damage, improper handling, improper installation, improper connection to gas source, or any modifications done by the purchaser. It specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage to person or property.
Dayva International Inc. extends a 90 day warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidental damage, improper handling, improper installation, modification or mis-use of product.
PROTECTIVE COVER WARRANTY
Dayva International Inc. extends a 1 year limited warranty for our protective furniture covers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects visible at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you find a Dayva product defective within the warranty period, please contact Dayva International Inc. at 714-842-9697. After determination of the defect by our warranty department, a return authorization (RA#) will be issued and must be written on the outside of the return box. You must also include a copy of your proof of purchase (Retail Sales Slip) to validate warranty coverage. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer/consumer. Dayva International Inc. shall pay the shipping charges for return of warranty replacement or warranty repair of product. Any item returned to us without a return authorization number (RA#) will be refused. Warranty is valid only on merchandise returned directly to Dayva International Inc. Carefully inspect all shipments before accepting goods from shipping carriers. Dayva International Inc. assumes NO responsibility for damages incurred during shipment. Please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” of our price list for further information. These Warranties are VALID ONLY IN THE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
